Meredith's Baptism

Our beautiful goddaughter, Meredith, was baptized Mother's Day weekend! We were so excited to share this moment with Matt and Monica! On Saturday evening, we went to a BBQ in Meredith's honor. We had a blast! (a little too much fun-staying up until 2:00 a.m. after the little one went to bed) It was good to see Honey and Papa-Monica's parents! We stayed up and told funny stories and I think really cracked them up...I hope we didn't horrify them with some of the stories we told-hehe!

On Sunday, we were blessed to see little one get baptized. She was beautiful! She did an amazing job! It is amazing to see how fast she is growing...I can't believe she will be one next month! Where does the time go? She got a few laughs out of the congregation because she loves to wiggle and she almost wiggled out of the pastor's arms. He had to hand her to another minister and she did better with her. I was filming and trying not to crack up as she was looking around and just excited to be up and looking at everyone. She didn't mind being the center of attention! Absolutely precious!

I was so glad that Monica's first Mother's Day was such an amazing occasion! She looked beautiful and glowed with happiness! Meredith wore such a beautiful gown! She was ready to get down and crawl by the time we went to the country club to eat and let me tell you she is fast, fast, fast! She was such a princess all weekend long! This is a weekend that Chris and I will always find precious and memorable!

Nieces Baptism

At the end of March, Chris and I went to Seattle to celebrate our twin nieces baptism. We had a blast and the girls had grown so much since we had seen them at Christmas. While there, we saw the most amazing snow! It was absolutely beautiful!

Their gowns were so beautiful! The girls loved them although they weren't able to kick their feet as much as they would have liked-hehe!

While visiting, Aunt Buffy got to read some stories before bed. It was so much fun! They are such good listeners!

Scott is such a good dad! The girls adore him:)

Go Cowboys!

It was such an exciting time this year watching the Cowboys! To the Super Bowl next year, right?

Lloyd is the biggest fan I know! He drives his blue and white van to all of the Cowboy games and has for years. He drives from Amarillo each Sunday! What a fan!

Here is a picture of the cutest little girl ever! Meredith didn't get to go to the games. (maybe next year) She stayed with a babysitter while we cheered on the Cowboys!

Ice Exhibit at the Gaylord Texan

We started off our Christmas with my family at the Ice Exhibit at the Gaylord Texan. It was soooo cold! BRRRR! It is amazing to see all of the sculptures and the slide was fun!

Christmas Pictures

We got to meet our twin nieces for the first time in December. They are as precious as ever! They are getting so big! Check out the pics!

Our Family Cruise

Watch my first movie that I made with MovieMaker. It is from our cruise in March! We went on the Voyager of the Seas out of Galveston, Texas. We stopped in Jamaica, Grand Cayman and Cozumel! We had a blast!
